We are a South African–based online store. Some of our products are sourced from trusted international suppliers, while all customer service, order support, and communication are handled locally.
Why does delivery take 7–15 business days?
To keep our prices affordable and offer a wider range of carefully selected products, we process orders on demand rather than holding large amounts of stock. Once your order is placed, it is prepared and dispatched through our trusted logistics partners.
This approach allows us to focus on quality control, fair pricing, and reliable delivery — even if it takes a little longer than traditional retail.
Are your products suitable for babies?
We carefully select practical baby-care items and provide clear product descriptions to help parents and gift-givers make informed choices. Adult supervision is always recommended when using baby products.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
